All paid entrants are eligible, and it is subject to a minimum of spend of R450 with CWCycles, a CycleLab company

Can I still use my Racetec transponder for the Road event?

Unfortunately, no longer, you must buy a permanent Finish Time Bike boards (as supplied to all CTCTT riders since 2024). If participants do not own such a bike board already, these boards can be purchased online for R150 (VAT included)

Can I still use my existing Racetec MTB board?

Yes, and a Durbie Dash event sticker will be provided which must be placed on your permanent board.

I’ve misplaced my Racetec MTB board, can it be replaced?

Yes you can order it online and collect it or purchase a replacement at Registration.

Question 11

Can I pay my entry via an EFT?

Accepted Answer

Yes you may, please contact info@entries.co.za who will assist with the steps to take. A fee of R25 will be applied.

When will the results be published?

Results will be available Immediately after you have completed your event and published on the Finish Time website. It will also be available on the Racetec results portal.

Can I please download the different routes on my device?

Sorry, as we have many sections of land only available to the Durbie Dash, we do not make these electronic files available.

Can I request a refund?

Accepted Answer

We will not refund entry fees. If you are unable to participate, you can substitute yourself with a family member or friend. Substitution fees are applicable.
